Single Cavity,900bph for 1500ml could blow all kinds of shapes, different volumes of beverage bottle, candy-jars, edible oil bottle, sauces bottle, detergent bottle, cosmetic bottle, medicine bottle, health products and other shapes of containers using PET as material.
PET single-cavity, double-cavity automatic blow molding machine is designed with international advanced technology, and made up with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic system. The electrical and pneumatic components, sealing element, bearing, speed reducer and other important parts are imported from Europe, America and Japan's top brand products to ensure that the machines are of high quality, good stability and long lifespan. The machine has the advantages of automation, intelligence, stability, high efficiency, low cost etc.

1.Use of hydro-pneumatic linkage mold clamping mechanism which runs stably with high speed and great clamping force.
2.The control system adopts man-machine interface with Mitsubishi PLC which is easily operated with high sensitivity and accuracy.
3.Use of coated infrared heating which helps fast and stable heating.
4.Use of centralized noise-reducing air recycling system which helps fast release of exhausted air with little noise.
5.Use of slide core in stepping unit which is easy to operate and saves energy.

All the cavity molds(moulds) of 1 cavity bottle blow molding machine are manufactured by ourselves. We have our own CNC processing machine and experienced engineer, who has been making cavity molds at least 5 years. Besides the cavity molds, other hardware parts are also produced by ourselves. Thus we have strong confidence in the stability of our machine because all parts can jointed and worked as a integrated unit.
